Concrete Paving Flag 40x40x4 cm

The conventional method of manufacturing concrete paving flags involves compacting two layers of concrete. Initially, a wet concrete mix is poured as the first layer, followed by a uniform spread of a dry mix as the second layer. These two layers are then firmly pressed together within a mold, resulting in the creation of a concrete flag with dimensions of 40x40x4 cm and an earth-moist texture. Subsequently, the flag is ready for immediate demolding. Following demolding, the flags are carefully stored for the curing process and efficiently arranged on pallets.

These concrete flags belong to strength Class 2, making them suitable for both pedestrian and light vehicle traffic. For a significant period of time, double-layer concrete paving flags have been widely used for constructing sidewalks. They are available in a variety of colors, including cement grey, brick red, sand beige, antique ochre, and sugar white. Furthermore, a diverse range of surface finishes is extensively offered, with regular additions of new options to the collection.
